Marano
Our Marano family came from San Giovanni in Fiore, Italy. Maria Marano moved to the USA to Clarksburg, WV, in the early 1900s. She married a Giovanni Lopetrone (aka John Petrone). Maria and John moved to Washington, PA.
Maria's father's name started with a "P." but we don't know any more about him.
We are seeking information about Maria's family here in the USA.
We also have a Theresa Marano who marries a Domenico Lopetrone (b 1830). Domenico had a sister, Catherina who married a Pasquale Mara. All four lived and died in San Giovanni in Fiore, Italy.
